loaD-rollairThe Load-Rollair roller track system makes the loading and unloading of both standard and air cargo pallets (ULD’s) a very speedy and effi cient process. The roller track is pneumatically operated (see picture and drawing: R). The system is easy to install. From the control box, sections of the roller track can be operated. This allows roller sections to be raised and lowered independently to enable pallets to be individually secured during the loading sequence. The main channel of the roller track is produced from an aluminum extrusion that allows for fl oor supports to be added. The two aluminum fl oor support profi les (see drawing: Q) are available for 24 or 27 mm thick fl ooring. The top plate is 5 mm thick zinc plated steel. The system length and number of roller track lanes can vary according to customer requirements.

The system includes a control box , to lift and lower the individual 2, 3 or 4 sections of all lanes, and a installation kit with pipes, connectors and safety relief valves. The max. pressure of 2 bar is fi xed.
