second deckinG system 3009 / 2010 Manufactured from high tensile aluminium box section with strong steel extending trigger mecha-nism. Loadlok 1839 decking beams are available in Standard and Heavy duty (Hd) construction. Suitable for quick and easy installation, they form a strong, demountable second deck or pallet station. Compatible with Loadlok track ranges 3009, 2010 and 1803.

second deckinG system 5044 / 5046 This system is most suitable for swap bodies and steel 20ft, 40ft and 45ft containers with either fl at or corrugated side walls. These intermodal high frequent volume transport carriers can load, depending on the positioning of the vertical tracks, standard euro pallets and steel gitter boxes.decking beams are vailable in Standard and Heavy duty (Hd) construction. Loadlok 1849 sliding captive decking beams allow maximum utilization of load capacity. The 1849 decking beam is located and slides in its steel captive track (5044/46). The decking beams are easily locked into position at the desired height thus providing an instant second and even a third level of decking or pallet stations. The system can also be set at various levels throughout the vehicle to accom-modate mixed load requirements. When the beams are not required, they simply store at roof level. (Special sizes available on request). Please note: The strength capacities listed below are based on evenly distributed loading over the full length of the beam.

steel caPtive track 5044 SINGLEThis single steel captive track is specially suited for installation into containers as it can be welded into position. 105/180 mm of the lower part of the track is cut out to make it easier to put the beam into the rail. A 5mm hole is provided to mount a security plate, ensuring the beam remains situated in the tracks.

The track has a securing plate or beam stop (art 5090) which makes it ‘more diffi cult’ for the unauthorized removal of the beams. The steel captive track is available in 2 m and 2.5 m as standard. (Special sizes supplied on request). It is important to note that when installing pallet stations, the size of the pallet and loading confi gu-rations should be taken into account to ensure the track is located at the correct spacing. The single track 5044 is mainly to be fi tted in the fore and aft positions in the vehicle with the twin track 5046 forming the structure between. For non-uniform loading patterns, due to other pallet sizes or positions of corrugations additional lengths of either 5044 or 5046 can be installed within a pallet station.
