Organizing your Digital Space
• You should create folders to organize your information
• Also, create subfolders to keep information neat and easy to find
• Files/Folders should be named something that is easy to remember and represents content

• Windows Vista:– Start Documents
• Expand window by resizing outward– Views Medium
Icons• Create new folder:
– Organize New Folder
• Key name of folder• Rt. click, Rename
• Windows XP– Start My
Documents• Expand window by
resizing outward– View Thumbnails
• Create new folder:– Make a new folder– File, New, Folder
• Key name of folder• Rt. Click, Rename

answer Yes to send to recycle bin.
