created Worcester’s first-ever vibrant restaurant quarter with leading
national chains Carluccio’s and Bills taking centre stage alongside a
number of local independent operators including Coffee Dough.

“It was clear from the initial meeting it was the perfect location for us.
Having the Crown Estates expertise and being positioned next to big high street brands made Chapel
Walk our only choice!”
- Coffee Dough Co-founders
“I’m really excited about opening a Bill’s in Worcester, the restaurant is on a busy
thoroughfare at Chapel Walk with plenty of seating inside and a nice
sunny outdoor seating area too and I’m hoping the restaurant will be a real hit with the locals. The
vision for the future development of Chapel Walk is really exciting to
be part of”
- Bill Collison, Founder of Bill’s
“The opportunity to open a JoJo Maman Bébé store within the Crowngate scheme in the heart of Worcester suited our purposes considering the demand received from our local mail order customer base. The neighbouring stores are brands our mums and dads like to shop at,
and we are really pleased to add our name to the great list of retailers already there. As well as strong national retailers, including House of
Fraser, the scheme includes some eclectic independents such as Fat Lip and Little Puds & Halo.”
- Laura Tenison MBE, Founder and Managing Director JoJo Maman Bebe
