Changing Your Default Device

• Default devices are NOT set automatically.

• Users can ONLY change their default device by accessing “My Settings & Devices” through the Duo Enrollment Portal.

Open the Duo Enrollment Portal.

Log in with your credentials.

Email Address: jdoexx@sdcda.org

Password: **********

This is the Duo Prompt Page.

Select My Settings & Devices.

Before you can open your settings & devices, you will need to authenticate your log in.

Select your preferred authentication method to continue.

When logged in, it should take you to My Settings & Devices.

*If you have multiple devices, you may need to scroll down to view your default device and preferred authentication method*

Select the “Default Device:” drop-down menu to choose your default device.

For any device, select the “When I log in:” drop-down menu and choose “Ask me to choose an authentication method.”

Select Save to save your settings.

Select Back to Login to exit My Settings and Devices.
