About UsMECCA SERVICES is a community-based, not-for-profit organization providing a wide range of behavioral health services to Iowans in the areas of substance abuse, mental health, problem gambling and HIV/AIDS.

Our programs and services include:Substance Abuse Prevention and TreatmentIowa Center for AIDS Resources and Education (ICARE): HIV/AIDS prevention and case managementProblem Gambling Prevention and TreatmentBernie Lorenz Recovery: 17 bed women’s half-way houseSynchrony: behavioral health and employee assistant program servicesTransitional Housing: safe and supportive living for families in recovery
