    Use F4 to select a solution. Alternatively, select a solution in transaction DSWP and execute the Change Request Management report there. The solution is then includedautomatically in the Solution field of Change Management Reporting.

    Change Request Management Reporting: Status of Data

    Status of Data field displays date and time when last data collector run took place. If, for anyreason, the data collector could not collect data about a particular system (system downtime, forexample), this system is displayed in the Differing Systems field. This field only appears if thereare any inconsistencies. By clicking the icon next to the field, you can perform an online update of the system data (may take some time). The Differing Systems field then disappears.

    Change Request Management Reporting: Additional Information

    There are many more combinations of selection criteria possible; you can narrow down a query by returning to the selection screenand entering more information.

    If the result list does not provide enough detail, you can alwaysreturn to the selection screen to select a different view (Result Listgroup box -> Display field). The Header view displays the least amount of detail; the Header, Project, Task List, and Transportsview, for example, displays more details.
