2 Submit through one of the following methods: a) Online at www.certainteed.com/changepays* b) Email a completed redemption form along with required documentation to CTCPromotions@saint-gobain.com.

Please note that email submissions that are not accompanied by a completed redemption form will not be accepted for processing. *If submitting online, a redemption form is not required

3 Proof of purchase submitted must clearly show customer’s name and location, distributor name and location, date of purchase, quantity purchased and description of items purchased. Acceptable proof of purchase includes invoices or distributor reports. If proof of purchase does not clearly show required information, it will be rejected. We will not accept packing slips, pick tickets, sales quotes, order acknowledgments or credit memos as proof of purchase.

④ No submission will be accepted if received after December 31, 2020.
