Reduced maintenance costs,capital and ongoing costs for building and living wall

Reduced façade costs – no need for curtain wall – use shop front window fitting

Reduced heating and cooling – by shading (less energy)

Reduced water costs – 2/3 less water consumption than existing living wall systems

Reduced reflected heat to surrounding buildings

Reduced UHI effect

Reduced Greenhouse Gases from all the above

Green roof native planting trials being installed on a 21 storey building in Adelaide.

12 months monitoring will analyse temperature, relative humidity, CO2 levels and stormwater retention benefits to city buildings.
