I have successfully completed a 3 Year Diploma in Business Management (Marketing), (NQF level 6) and as a post-graduate, a further Diploma in Marketing Communication (Brand Management), (NQF level 6).

Manager Grandma Nursery
Stared with Grandma Nursery in November 2015 as a floor Supervisor to train with regards to the Nursery standards rules regulations and to learn the company culture preparing me to become a Manager at the new branch of the Nursery opening in Al Mamoura.
Duties:
Creating a caring and stimulating environment that promotes learning through play living up to the British Montesori Cirriculum standards and the standards set by the Grandma Nursery Brand Standards and Culture
Running the nursery in line with environmental, health, safety and fire regulations
Supervising activity planning to make sure that children’s needs are met
working closely with parents and giving them a high standard of customer service, including regular updates
Making sure that equipment, such as furniture and toys, are in good condition and are suitable for children.
Assisting with hiring staff who are suitable to work with children.
Working hand in hand with the PRO to make sure that health standards as well as clearance standards are met such Criminal Records Bureau clearance
Setting up training programs, supporting and leading the nursery team, to achieve and maintain high standards
Having regular staff meeting to make sure that the team is at all times aware of what is expected and that they are supported by management in the daily expectations of carrying out their duties, being aware of training needs and developing teamwork
Having knowledge and overseeing all interactions with head office to insure that high standards are maintained throughout the Nursery so that I was at all times aware of what is needed what is going on and preventing any foreseeable problems that may arise before they do
New Vehicle Sales, Cedar Isle BMW South Africa
Responsible for selling the maximum number of vehicles possible at optimum profit. Also in charge of building relationships with customers and generating new business through marketing available extras, accessories and value added products.

Selling both new and used cars and related product

2009 Finalist in the L’Oreal International Brand storm competition 2009
Only the top 7 teams (consisting of 3 students) out of entries from all the South African universities reached the finals, where we presented before a panel of international judges.
2011 Selected for the BMW Sales Cadet program.
Out of more than 3,000 applicants, I was one of only 15 candidates selected for this three month intensive training program. After graduating from the program, I was one of only 9 people that were offered a position with BMW.
