His research interests include experimental heat t r a n s f e r , p r o d u c t innovation, computational fluid dynamics and Energy Management.

Dr. Kanwaljit has obtained his PhD from IIT Delhi. His area of research is design and development of medical devices. He has registered two patents and one design registration for his innovations. He has won two National Innovation awards and has published research papers in various national & international conferences and journals.

With more than 14 years of experience of teaching and research in various Institutes and Universities, he obtained his Ph.D. and Master's degree in Mathematical computer application from IIT Roorkee. With one patent to his name he is member of IEEE, ACM and reviewer of many International journals.

Ph.D from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University, Australia, Dr. Oberoi's is recipient of various awards from prestigious organizations such Australian Commonwealth Government and Brown Coal Innovation Australia for his research work on activated carbons. Siddharth, a second year student of mechanical engineering at CU has recently submitted his research on bone mechanics in Harvard Medical School and has been accepted to showcase the same during International conference for Applied Sciences, Healthcare and Engineering to be held at Harvard, USA in the month of April 2016.

He has been working on the “Studies on Ramberg-Osgood equation parameter on cortical bones” and has derived a breakthrough on factors which determines the fractures and failure of bone structure.
