AMENDMENT TO MOTION FOR COURTESY APPEARANCE
ON BEHALF OF TIMOTHY B. MCCORMACK
In accordance with rule 9(c) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals
of Georgia, the undersigned counsel for Appellee, Elizabeth W.
McBride, hereby amends her Motion For Courtesy Appearance On
Behalf Of Attorney Timothy B. McCormack (hereafter, “Motion”) and
in support shows that the Courtesy Appearance of Timothy B.
McCormack is solely for the purpose of filing an Amicus Brief, and is

not as associate counsel. Any reference to Mr. McCormack as “associate
counsel” was stated incorrectly in the original Motion as filed and all
such reference to “associate counsel” are withdrawn.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned counsel respectfully moves this
Court to issue its Order granting a courtesy admission in this Court to
Timothy B. McCormack as Amicus Curiae for the limited purpose of
submitting an Amicus Curiae brief.
