ACCREDITATIONS POUR LES FEDERATIONS NATIONALES Après avoir enregistré vos coureurs pour participer aux Championnats du Monde Route n’oubliez pas de faire vos demandes d’accréditation pour votre délégation. Un nombre maximum d’accréditations est défini pour chaque Fédération Nationale pour une délégation complète (épreuves hommes et femmes et pour toutes les catégories). Il revient donc à la Fédération Nationale d’adapter ses demandes en fonction de ses besoins pour chacune des épreuves. Le nombre d’accréditations se base sur le nombre de coureurs ayant participé aux Championnats du Monde Route précédent :

Si le nombre de coureurs participants d’une délégation a augmenté entre l’année précédente et l’année en cours, celle-ci peut demander un ajustement de son nombre maximum d’accréditations. 1. Remplir les données du staff qui seront stockées et prêtes à être utilisées pour tous les évènements UCI.

ACCREDITATIONS FOR NATIONAL FEDERATIONS

After having registered your riders to take part in the UCI Road World Championships do not forget to apply accreditations for your delegation. A maximum number of accreditations is allocated for each National Federation for an entire delegation (Men and Women races and for all categories). It is up to each National Federation to adapt its accreditation requests depending on its needs for each of the races. The total number of accreditations is based on the number of riders that took part in the previous UCI Road World Championships.

If the number of riders taking part in the event increased between the previous and current year, the National Federation may request for additional accreditations. Within this maximum number of accreditations, each National Federation may register the following individuals according to their function within the delegation:

* Each nation must designate a National Technical Director representing the National Federation. All communications with the teams of the National Federations will be made through the designated National Technical Director.

The riders registered at the UCI Road World Championships receive an accreditation automatically. They are not included in the quota of the delegation and there is no need to apply for them. Please connect on http://uci.getyourevent.online/ to apply for accreditations.

The accreditation procedure is made of two separate process:

1. fill out the staff data that will be stored and be ready for use for all the UCI events 2. apply for accreditation for a single event
