SMEs in rural areas should be supported to be able to seize full opportunities offered by a digital single market and benefits of a digital economy. SKILLS+ therefore aims to advance public policies promoting ICT skills and embracing the exciting new business opportunities of the digital world.
SKILLS+ specific objective = promoting competitiveness of SMEs by applying modern ICT and effective policy approaches.
