What Motivates Us

Founded in 2012, ChainSync is built on the idea that franchising is better when both the franchisor and franchisee are in-sync and information flows freely. We exist to help streamline the process of running a growing chain of businesses. Our platform is packed with capabilities and features unique to service-based franchise enterprises.

Finding a Better Way

Until now, Franchisors had 2 platform alternatives 1.  Build their own proprietary, comprehensive system from scratch. 2.  Combine 2-5 off-the-shelf systems and some paper/email-based systems  ChainSync is an online system powered by new web technology - easy to customize, top-notch user interface, no large upfront investment, and more….

is 100% focused on creating solutions for Franchise Brands.

•  Proud members of the IFA (International Franchise Association) and the CFA (Canadian Franchise Association).

•  Over 40 Full time staff of which 60+ percent are engineers. All engineers work

at the ChainSync office in the United States and Canada. •  ChainSync engineers are actually engineers. This may sound funny-- but many

engineering companies do not actually use engineers. This is especially true if coding is done off-shore.

What is wrong with other franchise Systems?

Per user fee’s: The more users you have the more expensive it is every month. This can cause a lot of problems •  To keep costs down, Franchisors only allow a small number of people into the

system. Many employees can’t access the information they need because they don’t have a user account.

•  System gets more and more expensive as you grow. Why should successful

brands be penalized for success? •  Multiple people share a single login. This seems a good way to keep costs

down but comes reduces accountability and no one knows who is doing what.

Dashboards: The Right Organizational Philosophy

Franchise brands record a ton of information. Organization is the only thing that will make your system efficient. •  Any information can be placed on a dashboard but they are generally used for

statistics and task management

•  Dashboards are viewable based on a users role. A CEO’s dashboard might contain company wide/regional/and unit statistics and reports (same store sales comparison for example) but a general counsel’s dashboard might only contain upcoming franchise renewals and compliance statistics.

By just updating a single record the following will automatically happen: •  Class Schedule updated •  Students schedule updated •  Students goals and education plan updated •  Teacher notified of absence •  Invoice and billing adjusted if necessary •  Re-Scheduling options and cancellation confirmation sent to Father (and any other

parent or guardian also related to the student) And…….Once course is complete an offer is automatically sent to parents for the next level course.
