Chain saw sharpeners CHAIN SHARP® CS-X

The new generation of CHAIN SHARP® chain saw sharpeners features an improved file posi-tion, optimized shape and easier operation. PFERD offers the chain saw sharpener CHAIN SHARP® CS-X in five designs that are adapted to the various chain pitches, which guarantees the highest level of precision and optimal sharpening results. The file has a sharpening angle of 30°. Defined depth gauge distances can be found in the table.

The chain saw sharpener consists of:■ one sharpening device■ one depth gauge file■ two chain saw files

Chain saw files, round

Round files for manual sharpening of saw chains with precise spiral cut for outstand-ing sharpness and ultra-long tool life. For fast, score-free sharpening of saw teeth. In comparison to machine sharpening, these files remove stock sparingly without thermal loads due to friction on the metal.

High-performance chainsaw files from PFERD are the result of in-house research and devel-opment. Over 200 years of experience and tradition in file manufacturing guarantee you the best quality and performance.

PFERD offers chainsaw files in two perfor-mance lines:

■ Classic Line chainsaw files guarantee the optimum combination of working life and stock removal. They offer impressively ag-gressive filing and permit quick sharpening.

■ Premium Line chainsaw files have innovative spiral toothing for perfect sharpening. The fine surface of their teeth offers maximum cutting performance and ensure a even feel to the tool whilst filing.

Available in different diameters, suitable for all common saw chains. Available in 6 and 60 pieces in a practical cardboard box and in 12 or 40 pieces in a promotional plastic pouch.

Note:Chain saw files 412, file diameter 3.5 mm, are supplied with a round cylindrical tang.

Two round files of the Classic Line with spiral cut in a promotional dirt-proof protective plastic pouch. The overlapping opening at the rear of the pouch prevents the theft of individual files.
