Death or serious injury to any NECC/NECCPAC HQ staff or subordinate unit personnel, personnel assigned in support of NECC/NECCPAC forces or personnel not assigned but associated with NECC activities.
Any captured, detained, evading, isolated, or missing NECC/NECCPAC HQ staff or subordinate unit personnel, or personnel assigned in support of NECC/NECCPAC forces
Any class “A” mishap (as defined by the total cost of reportable material property damage of $2,000,000 or more; or an injury or occupational illness results in a fatality or permanent disability) occurring within an NECC/NECCPAC unit.
Any incident or action involving NECC/NECCPAC HQ staff or subordinate unit personnel requiring the release of an OPREP-3 PINNACLE or NAVY BLUE
Any event or report that is reasonably likely to generate negative media attention Any act of terrorism or indications of terrorist activity anywhere in the world, or other national security issue, significant
enough to impact the NECC/NECCPAC mission Any major natural or man-made incidents worldwide that results in loss, damage, emergency evacuation, sortie, or
