What is Cloud iQ?

Cloud iQ creates easy-to-understand reports that give you real insight into your cash device fleet. It allows us to help you answer questions such as:

Is the right technology in place? Is it being used effectively? Do I need to buy another device?Well, Cloud iQ tracks the usage of each device by day, by side, and denomination. It tells you what your machine is doing and how it’s doing it. It allows you to see real-time data on underutilized machines and lets you plan according.

How do I reduce maintenance expenses?Cloud iQ provides you with real-time service monitoring, preventative maintenance schedules, and proactive services requests. The best part—it can send service requests directly to your service provider without you lifting a finger.
