The Group Relations Conference
A Group Relations Conference is a format in which a „temporary institution‟ is set up to explore issues related to Leadership, Authority and Management of Change.
This temporary institution explores dimensions of change in the “here & now” -- through active participation & experiential learning.
The conference is an intense experience of questioning, observing & working with the unconscious processes behind the conscious role-taking of leaders & followers. It also explores the role of anorganization in the scenario of “change”.

Staff Management Event
Marketplace Event
The GRC creates event to mirror typical organizational situations.
The GRC offers powerful simulations on what happens on joining or leaving an organization. It provides opportunities to explore personal effectiveness in an interpersonal face-to-face group. It explores the organizational dynamics of the whole system and the problems of individual effectiveness in a large group. It explores the boundary and dynamics between members and the conference staff in managementrole; this facilitates learning about the perennial problems in organizations between those in authority positions and others who perceive themselves as less powerful, thereby making more creative engagement possible.
PGL, or the „Personal Growth Lab‟ will help participants work on stubborn issues and practice needs identified in previous sessions.
Dynamics between participants and between participants and staff will be available for analysis as typical challenges encountered in working with individual, group, organizational change.
Focus on learning how to manage and contain yourself in role, learning how to contain others, using your past and „here and now‟ experiences to inform your analyses and applying psychodynamic intelligence to guide your actions and interventions.
