The Ceviche and Pisco Bar resembles a cool fish market bar. Zinc walls and the bartop references fish scales, simple white tiles bring the fish market to life, the red wooden bar resembles the wooden boats used to bring freshly caught fish into Lima’s busy Chorrillos port and carefully chosen Lima industrial retro lighting gives you the feel you are taken back in time. A designed tiled mural brings Lima’s bustling markets to mind.

Corn, potatoes and the signature dish of ceviche - raw citrus-marinated fish (or veg), a fresh lime based marinade (tiger milk) served here in seven versions - are the stars of the Peruvian food menu. Corn also finds its way into Lima Ceviche, along with sea bass, octopus, prawns and mussels with red onion and coriander, all held together with chilli-spiked lime juice (lots and lots of it), which 'cooks' the fish. Barbecued skewers of fish, chicken or beef, typical street-food. It's a good-time place with a colourful interior and a buzzing pisco bar at the front. The grape-based spirit is the only one served here, and staff mix a mean pisco sour, topped with a good dollop of whipped egg white.
