Whereas the undersigned being the authorised officer of the _________________ under the securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 read with Rule 9 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules 2002 sold on behalf of Syndicate bank, Nehru Place, New Delhi, Branch, in favour of Shri Amardeep Singh, son of Shri Surjit Singh and Mrs Priyanka Singh, wife of Shri Amarjeet Singh, resident of 57, Poorvi Marg, Vasant Vihar, new Delhi, the immoveable property shown in the schedule below secured in favour of the Syndicate Bank, Nehru Place, New Delhi, Branch by M/s Suhrit Services Private Limited towards financial facility ________________offered by the said Branch for a sale consideration of Rs. 4,10,00,000/- (Rupees Four Crore Ten Lacs only). The undersigned acknowledge the receipt of the sale price of Rs. 4,10,00,000/- (Rupees Four Crore Ten Lacs only) in full and handed over the delivery and possession of the scheduled property. The sale of the scheduled property was made free from all encumbrances known to the secured creditor listed below on deposit of the money demanded by the undersigned.Description of the immoveable property

In exercise of Powers conferred on us under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and the Rules framed thereunder, we have sold the property which belonged to M/s Suhrit Services Private Limited and executed a certificate of sale to Shri Amardeep Singh, son of Shri Surjit Singh and Mrs. Priyanka Singh Wife of Shri Amarjeet Singh resident of 57, Poorvi Marg, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi on ______________ in respect of the property shown in the certificate.

We enclose herewith the said certificate of sale for registration through the purchaser. We are exempted from appearance under Section 88 of the Indian Registration Act.
