Program Costs (for on-campus class):

▪ Agency certification application costs per their website instructions (under $100)

▪ One-time class registration fee = $25

▪ 8-week module training = $250 per module (101 & 102)

▪ Internship practicum/training = $100

▪ 50-session counseling supervision/mentorship = $300-$500 (per certifying agency requirements)

▪ Service Organization Liability Insurance = $25-$125 annually (during approved internship

process at Calvary and paid directly by the student)

Discounts: (on-campus class only)

▫ $400 per class module for married couples ($100 savings) ▫ 25% discount for CBC alumni (Saturday class only) ▫ 50% discount for actively enrolled CBC or CTS students (Saturday class only)

▫ Only one discount per paid applicant

Module 103 (Up to 3-hours training: internship, administration, development, and consultation.

The student will submit their place of internship to the director before approval. Note: there are

limited internship positions available at the Calvary Counseling Center, so the student must be

proactive in providing their own place of internship service.)

Certifying agency submission approvals needed before Supervised Counseling begins:

Fees paid directly to the Supervisor (installment option available)

Supervisor orientation for logging hours and sessions: see your chosen Supervised Counselor

Note: A class graduation date will be determined by the director and subject to change.

Note: Certifying agencies include:

> AABC (American Academy of Biblical Counselors - Illinois)

> ACBC (Association of Certified Biblical Counselors - Kentucky)

> IABC (International Association of Biblical Counselors - Colorado)

Note: A prerequisite of completing Module 101 is required before attending Modules 102 or 103.

Refund Policy: There is no refund for the registration fee; a 100% refund after the first class, a 50%

refund after the second class, and no refund after the third class for each module.
