INDIAN® CERAMIC FIBRE BASED INSULATION PACKlNGS Indian ® Ceramic Fibre Based Insulation Packings are made from Ceramic Fiber, reinforced with E-GLASS FIBER, STAINLESS STEEL (S.S.) or INCONNEL WIRE for high strength retention at elevated temperatures. Ceramic Packings and Textiles can be widely used under different temperature conditions, to a maximum of 1260 ° C *.

Indian® Ceramic Insulation Fabrics are woven fabrics made from Ceramic Yarn. These Fabrics are available in a variety of thickness from'2 -12mm. The standard width of the Cloth is 100cm. Custom widths are available against request. Indian® Ceramic Fibre based Braided Packings are dense, high performance packings fabricated from ceramic fibre yarn braided around a core of ceramic fiber rope either to form a packing in round or square section. Braided Ropes are widely used for a broad variety of high temperature Gasketing, Packings, and Sealing applications and are available in sizes from 6 - 100mm thickness. Indian® Twisted ropes are fabricated from ceramic fibre yarn twisted together to form a rope of specified diameters. Applications: Expansion joint packing for Furnace, Gaskets, Door seal Insulation, Hot Top Seals, Crucible Lead Seal, Tadpole Gasket material and General Replacement for Asbestos Packings.

LAGGING ROPES Indian® Lagging Ropes are high perform high density and are typically available in Applications: Sealing of Ovens, Furnace Asbestos.
