An immersion-grade lining formulated specifically for maximum corrosion protection of steel and

concrete substrates immersed in sewage—or exposed to similar aggressive environments.

100% volume solids

—Apply up to 40 mils in a single coat.

—20% Sulfuric Acid Immersion: NO EFFECT after 7,000 hours per ASTM D-714.

—25% Sodium Hydroxide Immersion: NO EFFECT after 7,000 hours per ASTM D-714.

—0.0 lbs/gal Hazardous Air Pollutants.

—Prohibits MIC contamination and does not allow growth of acidothiobacillus.

CERAMAPURE PL90 CERAMIC EPOXY

Formulated for the protection of ductile iron and steel pipe and fittings. Certified for cold end

uses by the Water Quality Association for potable water immersion service.

Ceramapure PL90 meets all NSF/ANSI International Standard 61 requirements for potable

water immersion service under the following conditions:

—Coating thickness of up to 30 mils (which can be applied in a single coat).

—Pipe diameters of four inches or larger.
