2WHY DO WE NEED GRAPHIC STANDARDS?

With so many wireless component providers competing vigorously for industry dollars andawareness, it is imperative that Centurion Wireless Technologies, Inc. creates and maintains astrong corporate signature. The Centurion logo is a graphic mark that can be instantly associatedwith Centurion and all it represents. We seldom realize the role graphics plays in a company’spublic image. These carefully designed graphic elements are the ambassadors of the Centurionbrand. The graphic identity is quite often the most visible aspect of a company and should beguarded through careful usage.

The purpose of this manual is to define the stylistic presentations of the Centurion identity andto outline the procedures for its implementation. The use of Centurion’s corporate signature ina unified, consistent manner will help to enhance the positive image that we currently maintainin the marketplace.

To maximize the corporate signature’s value, all individuals involved in any form of Centurion’scommunications must consistently adhere to these standards. Any questions concerning usageof the logo should be directed to Centurion’s Marketing Department.

3LOGO SPECIFICATIONS

The logo consists of three elements: the signal icon, the Centurion logo type, and the WirelessTechnologies, Inc. line. These elements must always be used in the same proportion to eachother as shown below.

Maintain the minimum clearance space around the logo as indicated. The base measurement ofone unit equals the width of the “C” in the Centurion logo type.

A Pantone 201 Red box acts as a secondary identifier for the logo. The height of this box equalsthe hieght of the logo from the top of the signal icon to the baseline of the Wireless Technologies,Inc. line. The logo pair is to be used on the corporate stationery, envelopes and business cards.

Minimum reproduction size is 1 inch wide. Reducing the logo below thissize makes the type too small to read.

4COLOR USAGE

The logo is provided in several color variations to accommodate various usage needs. Wheneverpossible, the signal icon should be printed in Pantone 201 red. The type in the logo should beprinted in black on a light background or reversed out in white on a dark background.

If a second color is not available, print the logo in all black or reverse it out of a background inall white as shown in the examples below. Sometimes it will be necessary to use the all whiteversion of the logo for legibility.

For applications such as embroidered shirts, hats and other wearable and specialty items, it isacceptable (and even preferred) to separate the elements of the logo.
