• Remember that WHO someone is connected to matters throughout the system regardless if it is client or staff

• Settings presented in a ramp up fashion for recommended settings and positions

• These settings are not every option, please feel free to experiment on your own

New Billing Permissions - all

Basic Employee settings for Timesheet submission

Generally speaking, Access reveals the button.

Access to Billing module to allow converting

Basic Auth added

With new setting what they see – primary changes are on Authorizations

Can see Don’t see • Authorizations – can see the

same info, but no $ amounts are visible

• To see dollar amounts select the setting Access > Authorizations (Full)

• Authorizations – for clients they are linked to, all tabs are visible – Client, Global and Expiring

Add Manage > Employee timesheets

This setting is very powerful and allows employees with it to convert for others they are linked to. *Caveat – if you add someone new, don’t forget to perform a Billing Sync afterwards.

‘Actions’ - claims generation, invoice generation, download entries, manage any payments

Couple notes

Claims• While the button to make

claims is there the employee still needs ‘Claims - Access > Basic’ to generate claims

Invoices• While this button is there

too, the employee needs the additional setting ‘BillingManager – Access > Invoices’

• Adjustments – reveals and allows access to adjustments screen

• Receivables – reveals and allows access to receivables screen

• Sales – reveals and allows access to sales screen

• Settings – reveals and allows access to all codes and rates settings
