Technical Systems: Double line (Duomatic) – The BEST

In heavy duty conditions, such as cold or heat extremetemperatures, dirt or wet environment, RIVI’s double linesystems offer a reliable method to lubricate friction points. Thiscentralized system is able to supply lubricant to lube pointsefficiently. Double line systems allows even more flexibility indosage of lubricant, by combination with progressive Quicklub.

The double line system is possible to be refurbished at anytime,even with automatic grease recovery systems.

Technical Systems : Single Line (CentroMatic) – Efficient & Multipurpose

The CentroMatic systems are used when the lubrication needings implies frequent lubrication cycles of smallgrease volumes. CentroMatic injectors – direct action – has a metal to metal adjustment, and pistons capableof deliver lubricants even at high pressures. Each injector is individually driven, and supply to only onelubrication point. It can be adjusted with high precision to supply the exact quantity of lubricant required.Whenever the pumpstation be powerful enough, and piping size be appropriate, the entire lube system can beexpanded at anytime. Single line system is possible to be refurbished at anytime, even with automatic greaserecovery systems.

Technical Systems: Multiline & Progressive system (Quicklub) – Reliable @best price

The Quicklub systems have been designed to satisfy the most restrictive lubrication requirements of machinesand equipment. Its reliability is based on the principle of progressive function, where the lubricant is deliveredto the lubrication points by pressure‐driven pistons. The lubrication occurs in intervals regulated a maximumpressure of 350 bar. So that, the lubrication of the lube points is also feasible even against high backpressures.

QuickLub systems can service up to three independent circuits, each one with its own pump elements andnumerous lubrication points. Every Quicklub system is easy to monitor and it ensures that the precise andmetered quantity of lubricant reaches to each one of the lubrication points connected to the system.

Technical Systems: Automatic Grease Recovery (AGR) – Innovation & Efficiency

This system is usually combined either with DUOMATIC or CENTROMATIC automatic lubrication systems. It canalso be installed stand alone.

It allows to collect the grease which flows out from the bearings, and forward it to a centralized box. This waythe former plastic bottles become outdated. Maintenance staff only must fill the automatic system reservoir,and replace the plastic bag inside the collecting box.

The best way to lubricate gears (pinion‐crown), when compressed air is not available or affordable.Lube pinion receives lubricant by using any standard lubrication system (multiline, progressive, etc…) andevenly applies the lubricant precisely on the flank of the pinion teeth, just on the contact surface to thecrown teeth. It fixes perfectly to the Pitch or Yaw drive pinion. The modular design implies the best reliabilityto an affordable price.
