Semiautomatic manifold MIC60, HP 250/400

The MIC 60 Semiauto unit reduces compressed gases of 200 bar to a continuous gas supply of 14 bar The unit can be used for Oxygen and compressed gases It is designed for the use with 2 gas sources (cylinders or cylinder bundles) However, one side at time is the operating one and the other is then the reserve side The MIC 60 Semiauto will ensure continuity of gas flow by automatically changing from a nearly empty bank of cylinders to a full cylinder bank MIC 60 is a complete valve unit with high pressure filters, isolating valves, regulators, autochange unit and secondary pipe with line shut-off valve

Features

Pressure decrease of the active cylinder (or bundle) below a preset level causes semi-automatic switch over to the full cylinder side This is achieved by 2 integrated regulators (factory-set to slightly different delivery pressure levels), connected at their outlet ports Moving the lever towards the full battery side, this allows to disconnect and replace the empty cylinder without interrupting gas supply The lever position always indicates cylinder priority in being discharged

Medical Gas Manifold MM90

The single stage version manifold MM90 is designed to allow equal numbers of cylinders to be manifold together to give an operating bank and a reserve bank The manifold will deliver gas from the operating bank to the manifold pressure regulator until the cylinders are exhausted At that point the supply will switch to the reserve bank and the exhausted bank can be replenished The object is to give uninterrupted gas supply An alarm box is included To complete MM90, please add connecting pipes, high pressure valves and non return valves, high pressure hoses and cylinder retaining brackets MM90 is supplied with a gas alarm monitoring:
