AT Computers, the largest Czech IT distributor has been ranking for many
years at the top of the poll for the best distributor of the year.
In the third year of the prestigious Channelword poll AT Computers got in total
40 % votes of all executive representatives of vendors, service suppliers and
the manufacturers of ICT and consumer electronic products and thus it has
become the Broadline distributor of the year.

a number of years, our company has belonged to the absolute
top of distribution companies on the Czech and Slovak market.
Following the merger with the Polish company AB in October 2007,
we represent one of the largest distribution companies in the entire

Training in the area of marketing, strategy and product
knowledgeWe realize the importance of personal meetings with you. Therefore
we organize these regular and vocational trainings:
• ATC Road Show – we will come to you to support your regional activities
(9 cities for 650 partners).
• Training in the area of products, marketing and strategy (2 000 different
partners, over 12 two day events). We meet with regular partners always
2 times a year, the trainings take two days.
• The other trainings are in the area of sales psychology, Networking Forum etc.
• Specialized technical trainings.
Printed materialsFor your customers, we manufacture well-arranged Czech datasheets
to our products and regular goods catalogues with end prices.
PeopleThe success of any company depends largely on the capabilities and profes-
sionalism of its employees. Therefore we approach our people with respect
and attempt to repay them properly for their work, for example by organizing
corporate parties and other events.
Motivation competitions and programmesMy life is just great (Žiju si!) – a year-long programme in which you can get
a range of presents and prizes throughout the year. Moreover, we organize
often attractive trips for the best partners (European Football Championship,
Ice Hockey World Championship, skiing, beer feasts etc.).
EventsEach day we offer a number of product events – interesting bundles or com-
petitions in the sale of selected goods. Over 300 promo actions a year.
Perfect and fastThese two words precisely characterize our logistic department. 70 experienced
employees of the modern logistic department with two external storage locations
make sure that everything our customers require is stored, taken from the warehouse,
packed and sent every day. Thousands of packages a day and a perfectly functioning
incoming and outgoing goods, that is our daily bread.
AutomationThe entire logistical process is highly automated. All operations are controlled by ERP
and WMS information system. Registration, movement and assembly of goods are
monitored exclusively by means of a bar code. We make the consignments in real
time. Thousands of items of high-turnover goods is available in a very short time due
to the unique system of order- picking and packaging. We check whether the con-
signments are complete by scanning the goods. Of course, we will pack every con-
signment perfectly and equip it with the elements for the identification of unauthor-
ized tampering of the package.
Our visiting card?We attempt to enable our employees to do their work cheerily and not to take it only
as a boring obligation. The way of motivation but also extra allowances for meal and
a variety of other benefits correspond to this conception.
Every day there is in average over 33 thousand of pieces of goods in 5 000 items
which are released and processed. On the busiest days of the year we despatch over

Wide offer of transportWhen shipping our consignment to our customers, we cooperate with all the leading
package and pallet carriers in the CR – DPD, Česká pošta, Geis parcel CZ, Geis CZ,
Gebrüder Weiss – thus offering a wide range of services and ways of delivery to our
customers, including the possibility to pay by a credit card on delivery.

Warranty claims certainly do not belong to something you would like to go
through often. If, however, you encounter such a situation, our complaints
department is ready to take care of everything necessary. Customer satisfaction
and good mutual relationships in this area are our primary aim.
Fast settlementA team of experienced workers will assess and solve your warranty claim as
quickly as possible. The average time of settlement is 15 days, whereas one third
is settled already within a week. In complicated cases, we do our best to meet
your needs. We are willing to mediate post-warranty claims if our contacts allow
us to do so.
Good communicationNew telephone exchange will reliably put you through to our online telephone
operators and received e-mails will be answered within 24 hours. The course of
the cases currently being solved can be followed on the website and questions
regarding that can be sent.
Our employeesWe are aware that their work is tough and responsible and we treat them
accordingly. The concept of team spirit is essential for us.
Urgent claims This is our competitive advantage. An urgent claim means that you will get the
requested part to a computer produced by us within 24 hours. It is simple – you
just notify us the part which is to be replaced and we will send it immediately.
While the defective part may not be packed yet, the consignment from us,
including the functional replacement part will certainly arrive to you on the sec-
ond day. If you need, even a standard claim which does not relate to PCs pro-
duced by us, can be solved immediately. We pay due attention to all claims.
