Cascade Divide acquired 3.1 Acres on the West Side of Bend, backing up to Safeway and Just 3 blocks from the new Oregon State University – 4 year Campus, the Bend Incubation Center, and the primary Business Area of Bend, and very close to great restaurants, and activities.

Cascade Divide recently reduced the size of the older Office/Warehouse building by 5,000 Sq. ft. to accommodate the construction of the first Data Pod Building. This first Data Pod Building was completed in January, 2016, and is now an operating Data Center. This facility Is one of the most energy efficient buildings in all of Oregon. It has 2.5 MW of power and was designed to support up to 240+ server racks. Included in the space is operational office Storage, and work space.
