Request for Proposal

Project: Consultancy Services for the Preparation of a National Coastal Zone Adaptation Strategy
for the Republic of Mauritius
Reference No. ENV/RFP/10/2016
The Ministry of Environment, Sustainable Development, and Disaster and Beach Management hereby
invites Request for Proposal from qualified International Consultancy Firms for the provision of
Consultancy Services for the Preparation of a National Coastal Zone Adaptation Strategy for the
Republic of Mauritius as more fully detailed in the RFP Documents.
2. Other details of the requirements and conditions are contained in the RFP documents.
3. The RFP documents may be downloaded from the website PPO: ppo.govmu.org
4. The Request for Proposal in sealed envelope clearly marked ENV/RFP/10/2016- Consultancy
Services for the Preparation of a National Coastal Zone Adaptation Strategy for the Republic of
Mauritius and indicating the bidders name should be addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of
Environment, Sustainable Development, Disaster and Beach Management and deposited in the Bid Box
at the under mentioned address on or before Monday 19 September 2016 up to 13.30 hours (local
time) at latest.
5. The Ministry of Environment, Sustainable Development and Disaster and Beach Management
reserves the right to accept or reject either in whole or part, any request for proposal and to annul the
whole Request for Proposal without thereby incurring any liability whatsoever to any applicants.
