Affordable Housing Multi-Family Bonus Rebates

Program provides bonus rebates for high-efficiency natural gas equipment installed in multi-family buildings with five or more units. Eligible buildings must be low-income qualified.

Non-Profit Affordable Housing Rebates

Program offers substantial incentives for energy efficiency measures installed by partnering affordable housing organizations in their one- to four-unit new construction and retrofit low income housing. Rebates cover the approximate incremental cost for upgraded insulation and air sealing, plus higher-efficiency natural gas heating, water heating and other equipment in projects sold to income-qualified homebuyers or operated by the organization as rental units.

Low Income Heating System Tune-Up (aka “Stay Safe Stay Warm”)

Provides free heating system tune-ups and safety checks for income-qualified customers. Services are delivered in cooperation with several local Community Action Partnership (CAP) Agencies; availability is limited to participating agencies. Services are typically provided January through April each year. Customers may call participating CAP Agencies to inquire about availability.
