researching apprenticeship programs

f o r e n s u r i n g t h a t M a i n e ' s p r o g r a m i s
g u i d e d b y t h e b e s t m e t h o d s , p r i n c i -
p l e s , a n d s t a n d a r d s b e i n g p u t i n t o
