RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with consulting (and proposal) teams ź Partners with case teams to identify & address critical knowledge needs ź Provides customized knowledge for client work, prepares accurate, well developed documents and charts ź With guidance from senior colleagues, delivers original analysis and insights to case team, provides thought
partnership ź Liaises with Data & Research Services to ensure that requests for expertise are addressed by KT and appropriate
research is delivered ź With consultants, collects, synthesizes, analyzes case team learning & inputs into new knowledge products
(vignettes, experience)
Work with topic/sector teams ź Builds & updates new topic/sector-related customized knowledge products ź Controls KM databases consistency ź Reviews knowledge products & ensures they are current & relevant and updates when appropriate ź Assures proper sign-off before uploading materials into KM & contributes to sanitization ź Writes abstracts & indexes projects & PA documents ź Collaborates on practice area internal knowledge development ź Contributes to content development around topic/sector for PA meetings & trainings
REQUIREMENTS
ź 2-3 years of relevant research and/or consulting experience ź University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement. Master's degree in field of finance or
economics will be preferredź Expertise in an affiliated practice area such as Strategy ź Strong codification & development of knowledge ź Ability to provide analytical advice and demonstrate solid analytical skills ź Ability to multi-task & operate effectively in a matrix organization ź Ability to manage research students and oversee their work ź Effective written & verbal communication in both Czech and English ź Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple parallel tasks ź Strong interpersonal, credibility, collaborative, team player ź Ability to maintain discretion when needed
