If this is the first time you are using the portal, please choose Create AccountIf you already have an account, please proceed to key in the email address and password

After you click create account, you will see this page: 

After you click proceed, you will see the message below 

The verification email will be sent to both primary email address & alternate email address. For admin staff who are registering on behalf of the faculty, you can have your email address as the alternate email address. 

It is important to inform the faculty that you are registering on their behalf. Because if they are not aware, they might try to register and reset the password.

You should receive the above email immediately and you can now proceed to complete the registration with the primary email address.

To complete the registration, please key in the primary email address and the password that you have created.

After you have login, you will be brought to the below page to fill up your particulars.

The personal particular fields include dietary preference. Please make sure you update this if there are any changes.

Lastly, if you are registering on behalf of your faculty, please make sure they agree to the last paragraph.

After you have completed your personal particulars, you will be brought to the below page.

The application status tab allows you to check which are the workshops that you have already signed up for.

Important Notes:

1. For those who are registering on behalf of the faculty, it is important to inform the faculty that you are registering on their behalf. Because if they are not aware, they might try to register and reset the password.

2. Workshops that are not listed = FULL

3. Faculty is unable to change the workshop/s once confirmed as payment may already be in process.
