another great season.

He will also be repre-

senting Celebrity Ranch

and the Del Mar team by

playing in the Marrakesh

in Morocco April 23-26th

for British Polo Day Chari-

ty event organized by the

Eva Brunson Foundation

and the Moroccan Royal

Guard Polo Federation to

benefit the children of the

Moroccan Atlas Villages.

Nour-Dean started playing polo in Argentina 20 years

ago and has played at every level in clubs and tourna-

ments in several countries. He is one of the founding

members of the San Diego Club. He played on the Del

Mar team at every tournament at Celebrity Ranch and

Will Rogers. His Del Mar team also played in the West

Coast Polo Challenge last October to inaugurate the

new Celebrity Stadium Field. He is looking forward to

This season will be the fourth year that Julie has

been playing for The Celebrity Ranch Polo Club.

“I spend my time supporting both Celebrity Ranch Polo

Club and Poway Polo Club. I am a mother of three awe-

some kids: Drake 18, Jack 12 and Alex, my daughter

who is 10 years old. Jack is enjoying his first year of

polo on the Poway Interscholastic Middle School Team.

He will also be playing

out at Celebrity Ranch

this year. “

“Every year we meet so

many great people from

all over the country at

Celebrity Ranch, both

polo players and polo

enthusiast. I am excited

to enjoy another year

at the polo field.”

Barbara has been riding horses since the age

of ten and hasn’t stopped. The excitement and

competitive nature of polo has her hooked.

“Arena Polo is constantly changing direction

and the players are continually having to

change their strategy”. Barbara appreciates

the opportunity that Celebrity Ranch provides.

Celebrity Ranch is very excited to have Dean Daggett

leading the Newport Beach Polo Club. He planned the

First Inter-Service Military Polo Tournament for The Poway

Polo Club and appreciated the idea that it could be used as

a means to provide assistance for our Military neighbors,

in particular the Semper Fi Fund for the benefit of our

wounded Service Members. Polo players travel from

around the Country at their own expense to participate in

the tournament, There are many polo enthusiasts and

donors who appreciate the sacrifices made by our Armed

Forces. As a retired Marine, I am very proud to help, and

stay connected with our young Service Members who

deserve our utmost respect and continued support.”

Celebrity Ranch Foundation for Children

We sincerely thank all of the generous, caring people and businesses who have helped us come so far. Here are a few more creative suggestions to help us continue with our mis-

sion.

Reserve Celebrity Ranch for a corporate event such as a pic-

nic, a team building day, a polo event.

Students—Gain experience. Write a story about the ranch for

your campus paper. Volunteer time for service hours.

Donate to your favorite children's cause and sponsor a week-end away. Support a group at The Ranch in their honor. Give

the gift of an experience.
