GRAZING STATION

Special dietary requirement guests are required to identify themselves

to the Supervisor on duty on arrival at the event.

IMPORTANT: You have advised us that certain guests attending your

event have food allergies. We will take all reasonable care to prepare

food for these guests in light of these allergies.

The guests should appreciate however that our kitchens produce a

wide variety of foods, and we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the

foods prepared for the guests will be completely free of all the

offending ingredients.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all responsibility for any

loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including personal injury)

which may be suffered by an person as a result of any of the above

ingredients being found in food at the Hotel, even if that loss or

damage is caused by any fault or negligence by us.

Please ensure that the relevant guests are informed of the above

matters.
