This year marks 44 years of Jazz 91.9 WCLK’s service to the Greater Atlanta Community as a Jazz and Cultural icon. It also marks the continuation of the station’s mission and vision of helping to prepare students for careers in the broadcast and multimedia services industries. WCLK is proud to announce it has graduated 20 students from its production apprenticeship program and is eagerly awaiting to train a full slate of students this Spring Semester. The program, in its second year, trains students as news writers, producers and anchors for a variety of career opportunities in radio, television and, other public and social media outlets. Help us congratulate our students with their first Certificate of Completion Awards presented by General Manager Wendy Williams and Program Director Marquis Lofton.
