Celebrating Success
It is wonderful to end the term thinking about all the successes and amazing events that have taken place this year. Thank you to all our fantastic children and students who continually share and amaze us with their wonderful achievements. We hope this newsletter, the last of the year, captures some of these very special times.
Our annual FE Leavers’ Ball was a great success. Senior Red, FE1 and FE2
students enjoyed the ball.
Congratulations to all our leavers for successfully gaining places to continue their learning into their adult lives. A special congratulation goes to all our year 14 students who successfully completed their Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Awards. We are very proud of the skills you gained and the resilience you demonstrated.
Over the year our pupils have learnt many new skills. Here are some of our pupils making excellent progress in history, phonics, physical development
and mathematics.
This term all our pupils enjoyed Science week. Pupils developed their scientific skills as they investigated different liquids and
solids.
We were delighted when Red Marsh students were invited to rehearse, with the RSC, and perform the play Julius Caesar at The Swan Theatre in Stratford upon Avon as part of the National schools Festival. This was an amazing
opportunity for our students.
Thank you to all our pupils, staff and many visitors who made our Music, Art, Drama and Dance week a great success. During this week Green class and Senior Blue class were invited to St Chads Primary school to a music workshop.
Pupils have enjoyed learning new
skills in the great outdoors.
All the staff and governors at Red Marsh School wish you and your family a happy and safe summer. We look forward to welcoming you all back to school on Tuesday 05th of September.
