JULY 17 - 19 Wet-n-Wild Weekend - Let’s all cool down this hot summer day with all our “water-based” activities. At the beach, at the pool, and come prepared to join in the water-wars with your water guns, and buckets!!
AUGUST 21 - 23 Crab Feast -All you crab lovers won’t want to miss our crab feast on Saturday, August 22nd. Join us under the pavilion as we dig into some of Virginia’s finest blue crabs. Bring your pickin’ knives!! $$ additional fee for the crabs.

OCTOBER 9 - 11 Pumpkin Palooza - Join us for this new theme weekend where all activities are everything Pumpkin!!!! We will kick off with a magical pumpkin patch for our kids on Friday evening, followed by pumpkin painting, pumpkin carving, pumpkin decorating contest, pumpkin toss and much much more!!
SEPTEMBER 25 - 27 Harvest Fest and Tractor Show - Come enjoy some good old fashioned “Fall Treats” like some hot cider! Get an early jump on your Christmas shopping as your stroll through the crafters/baked good tables/yard sale items. Bake your favorite cake, cookies or pie and donate them to the cake walk. Feeling lucky, make sure you participate in the cake walk and win a scrumptous dessert to share at your campsite!! Annual Antique and Modern Tractor Show to be part of our harvest weekend!! Trophies to be awarded!!
OCTOBER 2 - 4 THINK PINK WEEKEND!! Breast Cancer Awareness and Whinnies For Ninnies - In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, join us for a totally PINK weekend!!!! Lots of fun activities and chances to help us raise money to help support breast cancer awareness and the wonderful local organization, Women Supporting Women! Join us for our
