School formal requirements

• Parent / Teacher must represent the students and take responsibility of the event in all correspondence with Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific. This includes signing all paperwork required by the hotel such as event contracts and banquet event orders.

• 1 Parent / Teacher per 10 students is required to supervise at all times for the duration of the event and will be included in final guest numbers for catering.
