The Organizing Committee (OC) of the Youth Speak Forum in Spain is the team that will ensure the happening of this event, taking care of all the
details, from the smallest tasks, to the most important activities.

CEEDER position as Project Manager
• Manage and tracking the OC• Organize Team Days• Organize Planning • Tacking of the activities that needs to happen• Tracking of the KPIs
Responsabilites: Required competencies:• Leadership skills to manage a big team• Solution and result oriented• Proactive adn flexible• Team Management Experience• Stakeholder oriented• Strategic and creative thinking
General expectations:• CEEDer must bring his/her own laptop• CEEDer will be expected to work 25 hours per week• The earliest start date for CEEDer is the 20th of January• Duration: 20th January until June 2016• The work space will be in the MC office, in Impact Hub Madrid• Internet provided• Accommodation provided in the MC Flat
