My name is Steve Crane, and I am a home builder, andlast month I was almost $2 million in debt and facingforeclosure of a property for which I could not come upwith the payment, with two new construction housesnearing completion, and if I did not sell one them verysoon I would implode financially.

Four days after listing the first of my houses I had a non-contingent, full price offer with no special requests. Clos-ing was one day before I would have to default on theloan. Another couple made an offer on my secondhouse before I listed it. Full price again. It closes June 4.

I never entered default on my loan. I never earned ordeserved any favors from God, It's beyond humbling. Iam praying for other builders and homeowners in dis-tress. God's love is bigger than I can get, and I like it thatway; there's plenty of room for surprises!
