Provisional Bookings & DepositsTo make a provisional booking, please contact the ChristmasCoordinator on 0845 4096077 who will check that your dateis available. A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person willbe required to hold your reservation.

Note: for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve a £20 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold the reservation.

All reservations can initially be made by telephone, but mustbe confirmed in writing, with deposit, within 14 days,otherwise your reservation will be offered for release.

If you intend coming into the hotel to settle your accountplease let us know so we can ensure that someone from theChristmas Booking Office is available to see you.

Full PaymentsFull payment for all Christmas festivities is required by Friday6th November 2009. Should payment not be received by thedue date your booking may be released. All monies receivedare non-refundable.

Reservations can be made by Debit/Credit Card or byCheque made payable to ‘Cedar Court Hotel’. If paying bycheque, the Hotel will only accept one cheque per party.

Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Menu Pre-OrdersAll menu pre-orders will be required at time of full payment.

ChildrenRestrictions apply to children at certain events.

Private PartiesFor private parties there are minimum numbers which will bediscussed on your enquiry. These numbers are what we willcharge for, even if your numbers drop below this.

Smoking PolicyTo comply with legislation The Cedar Court Hotel is anon-smoking hotel. We do however provide areas outside ofthe hotel where smoking is permitted.

Table LayoutTable plans are subject to party numbers and subject tochange without notice.

Cabaret Party Nights & Festive Party Nights – Numbers of 8or less may be joined by other parties subject to availability.

New Years Eve Dinner in the restaurant – minimum table of 2(limited availability) and maximum tables of 8.

Entertainment/Acts/Groups/DJCedar Court Hotels cannot be held responsible for the failingsor non-appearance of any musicians/tribute acts or DJ’sbooked. However the Management at Cedar Court Hotel willoffer their best alternative at their discretion.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission.

The hotel also reserves the right to cancel any event andoffer an alternative date of equal value.

No beverages of any kind are to be brought into the Hotel byevent guests even as a gift or prize unless prior writtenauthorization has been received from the Managing Director.

You will be liable for the cost of repairs carried out as a resultof any damage caused to any part of the Hotelpremises/equipment by the negligence, wilful act/default ofany person invited to the hotel by you or in your party.

Cedar Court Hotel cannot be held responsible for damage orloss of another party’s property, however caused.
