Newsletter August 2017 August and mid -winter already, the year is powering along! And so is energize, numbers are up with many new members and interest from our recent signs and Website. The comment I hear often now is that someone recommended us, So many thanks for your continued support! Have you seen and tried our new Eliptical X trainer, is a beauty, self -powered ! Give it a go! My plan was to run our older one beside it, but in the move the poor old thing died, so we are back to one for now. Many thanks to Steph @ Southern X Fitness, it was a bargain! As we always say, your summer body is created Now, so keep up the good work and encourage your friends to get healthy and fit. As we have in the past August Special if you have a friend or family member sign up and pay for a month I will give 30% your next monthly payment, So please spread the word! The more the merrier! ( depends on budget).ANY Suggestions! As always if you have any concerns on anything, please discuss with myself or the girls, we are here to help in any way! We had a small Karate mid term catch up grading the other night and I will post details on our Facebook page, the kids are all doing well!
