CCTV or Closed Circuit Television refers to a visible or covert video system intended for only a limited number of viewers. In Closed Circuit TV (CCTV), the picture is viewed or recorded, but not broadcast. It was initially developed as a means of security.

• The security camera will be operating 24/7.• Maintenance will be done during Saturdays or Sundays.• The CCTV operator will have a communicating device to
communicate with the securities around the University.• There will be three working shift for the staff in operating
the CCTV.• 6:00am – 2:00pm• 2:00pm – 10:00pm• 10:00pm – 6:00am
• Staff and securities will be trained on how to operate the CCTV and repair it in case of damage.
