The goal of the Mentor and Leadership Training is to cultivate a campus-wide community of mentors, develop practical mentoring
skills, and empower students to become better leaders and mentors on campus and throughout the community.

Your team will be asked to complete 7 obstacles
Take the TWO cloth strips with you from your seats & proceed to foyer
Wait for further instructions
Safe and fun environment where attendees will understand:communication barriersassumptions that they make when working with others
Example of an effective, highly interactive training activity:building communityempowering students to overcome obstacles together
Bridging gap between leadership theory and application
