Coarc Manufacturing

was established in

1965 to provide

employment training

and employment

opportunities for

disabled adults in

Columbia County, NY. It is a not-for-profit

subsidiary of Coarc Inc., part of the statewide

association, NYSARC Inc.

We presently employ more than 125 individuals

in a variety of contract manufacturing tasks

ranging from injection molding to simple

assembly. The intricacy of the jobs encountered

has increased dramatically from our early days.

Facilities & EquipmentWe operate two climate-controlled facilities in

upstate New York totaling 80,000 square feet.

Conveniently located near major transportation

arteries, Coarc provides same-day delivery to

regional clients.

Our Mellenville, NY facility includes our custom

injection molding operation, with 12 presses,

ranging from 35 to 440 ton capacities, and our

hand assembly and packaging operation,

including clean room assembly facilities.

Our Hudson, NY facility includes several semi-

and fully-automated production lines dedicated

to customers-specific needs. Each operation is

designed to provide the most efficient, highest

quality production of customers’ products.
