CONDICIONES GENERALES

Envíos: Portes pagados en Península. En caso de servicio urgente por otro medio distinto al habitual y por necesidades del cliente, los portes serán a su cargo.

Reclamaciones: Confirmada la mercancía, no se admitirán reclamaciones una vez transcurridos 15 días desde su recepción. La reposición de lunas o cristales será cargada en factura, salvo que la reclamacón conste en el albarán correspondiente.

Recogida de género (para abono): Previa aceptación de fábrica, toda mercancía recogida sufrirá una depreciación del 20% sobre la tarifa que se aplicó en su día. La mercancía recogida en malas condiciones no se abonará

Recogida de género (procedente de cambio): Fábrica se obliga a solucionar lo antes posible los problemas a ella imputables, restaurando la mercancía o cambiándola. Cualquier pieza dañada o defectuosa deberá ser devuelta a fábrica para su reparación, no puede ser sustituida ya que la chapa no igualaría. Por su parte, el cliente se obliga a devolverla en la misma entrega o en la siguiente; en otro caso, se extenderá la factura correspondiente.

Piezas especiales: Se admiten variaciones de medidas, previa consulta a fábrica de viabilidad y plazo de entrega, con un incremento del 20%.

Impuestos: Con cargo al comprador.

Impagados: Es norma general no servir ningún pedido si se encuentra pendiente de solución el cobro de algún efecto o recibo impagado.

Publicidad: Queda totalemnte prohibida la publicación impresa o por otros medios de fabricación sin la autorización expresa de la empresa.

Indicación importante en pedidos: Rogamos cursar sus pedidos indicando la medida. En su defecto enviaremos largueros de 195 cm.

CONDICIONES DE PAGO

Contado: 2% Descuento. Giro a 30 días domiciliado, 2% Descuento.

Giros: Giro a 30, 60 y 90 días: Neto. Giro a 60 días: Neto. No se fraccionarán importes inferiores a 150 euros. Imprescindible indicar datos domiciliación bancaria completa.

Collection of goods (exchange): The factory undertakes to solve the problems for which it is responsible as soon as possible, by restoring or exchanging the goods. Any damaged or faulty item must be returned to the factory for repair. It cannot be replaced since the veneer would not be the same. For this part, the customer undertakes to return the item with the same or with the following shipment: otherwise, the corresponding invoice shall be issued.

Special items: Variations to size are accepted after consuting with factory regarding viability term of delivery, with an increase of 20%.

Taxes: Payable by the buyer.

Non-Payments: It is a general rule not to serve any order if collection of any payment is pending.

Advertising: The printed publication or advertising by any other means is prohibed unless expressly authorises by the company.
