Each container has advantages and disadvantages: weight, transportability (what vehicle?), where does it fit at the location? do you clean them? some are easier to clean than others. We conduct audits and work with staff to find the appropriate size.

Loading and unloading: Lift gate. Securing the load inside of the vehicle; ratchet straps. Limiting factor has proven to be volume not weight. Preventative maintenance plans, reactive maintenance.

Finance

● Hauling

○ Miles travelled and travel time translates into the cost of hauling through vehicle depreciation, fuel, and labor costs.

○ Material hauled translates into revenue.

● Processing

○ Processing labor time and material sourced to each processing site informs costs of processing “X” amount of material.

● All of this data informs the finance model which will generate a report that indicates the financial health of the firm.
